Follow us for more 💗 He’s shown us what it means to love fully.

He doesn’t need guarded hearts.
He doesn’t need half-hearted love.

He’s lived through enough coldness.

What he needs is fierce attachment.
Safe, consistent love.
Even when it hurts.
Even when it costs.
Even knowing goodbyes may come.

What would really hurt him is learning (again) that adults only love halfway. That he’s too temporary to fight for. That even in the safest place in the world, he can’t fully attach.

If getting attached is the hardest part for us, so be it. We can survive heartbreak. He might not survive the absence of real love.

So yes.
We get attached.
Completely.
Because he deserves it.
Because God made children to be cherished, not tolerated. Because healing comes through connection, not distance.

If loving him too much is my flaw,
I’ll gladly bear it.
