TWFD 2026 Hiring Process is underway...

TWFD is hiring!! We have opened our 2026 recruitment process!

Reach your full potential with The Woodlands Fire Department. Become part of a team that trains hard, serves with heart, and protects our community with pride.
Must be 19 years of age. Certification: TCFP Structural Firefighter and EMT-B or Higher.

• Starting Salary $75,800 > 48/96 Work Schedule
• Incentive pay for advanced EMS certification and special operations
