What a successful week at the Grundy County Fair.

All four exhibitors who showed livestock at the fair represented the BCLUW FFA in the annual livestock judging contest. The team walked away with a first-place finish. 🏆💥

Will Feldpausch represented the chapter, showing in Thursday's goat show. He received Grand Champion Breeding Meat Goat and advanced to Sunday's Central Iowa Showdown. 🏆

Elle and Avery Schipper, as well as Will Feldpausch, all showed in Friday's swine show. All competed and finished well in their classes. 🐷

Addison Moeller represented the BCLUW FFA chapter, showing in Saturday's cattle show. She did an amazing job and received blue ribbons. 💙💛🖤

Hardin Co. Fair dump.

Super proud of Kara Hill and all of the hard work she has put into the 2026 show year. Kara won Senior Showmanship and competed in Sunday's Supreme Showmanship show. She had the honor of riding during the national anthem and displayed an amazing anthem.

Yesterday, our chapter had the privilege of attending the FFA Day at the John Deere Test Farm in Bondurant. It was a amazing experience, made even better by seeing a familiar face, Abby Feldpausch, who helped facilitate the event.

The visit provided us with an invaluable look at the cutting edge technology currently driving modern agriculture. We are grateful for the opportunity to see firsthand how these advancements are evolving to help feed and fuel a growing world. Our students left with a deeper understanding of the innovation required to sustain our industry’s future.
