Pragmatic help from genuine folks.

A big Sno Buddies thank you to the Miller family at Bauer's Dam Resort in helping the Club replace a failed culvert on Trail 45.

Our Club has great equipment for making snow flat, mowing and cutting brush. When it comes to dirt digging, we needed a little help. Glenn and John stepped to the plate and got it done.

Classy move guys!!

The tents and totes have been packed away, the grills cleaned and the money tallied up. We had a phenomenal 8th Annual BRATS & B**R Trail Fundraiser hosted by Burnt Bridge Tavern and Restaurant. Our heartfelt appreciation to the Singer family for their generous support❤.

We have to wait just a bit longer for SNOW season so let's get out and support another great Conover club. The Chain Skimmers SKIMMERFEST is happening this Friday & Saturday!💦 (Please - no sled skipping allowed😜)

💚 **SKIMMER FEST 2026** is almost here! Join the Chain Skimmers for an unforgettable weekend of waterski action, competition, and entertainment!

**📅 Friday, August 21**
🎯 **Swivel Competition** – Watch some of the best swivel skiers showcase their talent.
💥 **Jump Events** – Intermediate Jump and Team Jump (held **before dark**), followed by our thrilling **Under the Lights Freestyle Jump**.
🎶 After the competitions, stick around for a live performance by **DJ Graves** and keep the party going!

**📅 Saturday, August 22**
🌊 **Mini Team Competition** – Teams of six will put on 20 minute shows, competing for the top spot!

Whether you're competing or just coming to watch, there's something for everyone at **Skimmer Fest**. Grab your friends, enjoy an action-packed weekend, and don't miss one of the best waterski events of the summer!
