The Connell Mayor-elect and Chamber President (and Grayson) crashed a very full house at the Basin City Elementary Christmas concert to announce the 2025 Educator of the Year, Aubrey Eppich. Her determination and dedication to expanding the music programs throughout the school district garnered a thorough nomination campaign and we are lucky to have her in the North Franklin community. Congratulations Aubrey!

Senior(s) of the Year Chuck & Jane Nicodemus were honored at the Connell Community Club’s Christmas party!
Chuck and Jane hit the ground running as soon as they moved to Connell, helping with Community Club, the restoration of the C-Street Vault, the re-vamping of Keenagers and so much more! They show the true spirit of community and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with this wonderful couple.
