ATTN: Conneaut Cougar Wrestlers!

Monday, January 8th, 2024 will be our team’s picture day! Photo forms will be available on the counter in the wrestling loft. Photos will be taken during regular scheduled practice hours (6-7:30). Wrestlers are to be dressed in team singlets for pictures! Your wrestler may also bring any special headgear or awards they would like to wear for the individual pictures. The group photo will be taken after all individual photos are done, so please stick around until the end. Any questions, please ask a cougar coach asap.

Hi, everyone! The Conneaut Cougars youth wrestling team will be raffling off this purse on Thursday, December 21st. Tickets will be $5 a piece and will be available for purchase from now until Thursday the 21st before our wrestling practice where we will draw the winner. (JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!) Tickets can be purchased during any wrestling practice in the loft or from a wrestling parent. Money can be sent to either our Venmo or CashApp to purchase tickets as well.

This is our practice schedule for November.

Practice will start on Monday 10/23 from 6:00 to 7:30 and again on Thursday. We will be adding a Wednesday practice after the first couple weeks. We will be having a parent meeting while the kids are practicing on Monday. Reminder, sign up fees are due or a down payment will need to be made. We look forward to working with your children and helping them grow.

Just a friendly reminder we are looking for some volunteers for tomorrow for a mat room clean up.

As the season nears we will begin open mats this Thursday 10/05 from 6:00 to 7:00. Open mats are free of charge and a great way to introduce your child to wrestling. We will be holding a clean up night on Wednesday 10/04 from 5:30 to 7:00 for anyone willing to help. It would be great to get some parents to come help out.
We will also be holding sign-ups on Wednesday 10/11. Flyers will be going out to the schools very soon.
