Our team had a great time presenting our Interpersonal Skills workshop this week for After School Discovery’s summer program at Lakeside High School! Throughout the workshop, the students were able to practice their interpersonal skills through some fun, hands-on activities.

Thank you to After School Discovery for the opportunity & to everyone in the program for making us feel so welcome. We loved meeting such a wonderful group of students & staff!

We were honored to present Julia with her $1,000 financial award & a celebratory dinner at the delicious Biscotti's Restaurant.

A huge thank you to Foundation for Appalachian Ohio & the Donald R. Meyers Legacy Fund for this wonderful honor! Our team is committed to continuing the work of supporting our county’s young people as they strive for their success.

Donald R. Myers dedicated his life to filling needs, creating opportunities and building stronger communities in Appalachian Ohio.

The Donald R. Myers Legacy Fund to Support Partnership in Appalachian Ohio at FAO honors and carries on his passion by investing in those who share his dedication to others and to our region. This year, the fund has awarded grants to three organizations that are advancing quality of life in their communities.

Another workshop in the books! 📚

Mary & Abby led one of our Higher Education pathway-specific sessions: “How to Build a Class Schedule & Buy Books”. Our team is excited to provide practical, hands-on support that is tailored to fit our students’ needs.

We are excited to announce that Steps for Success has officially begun a pilot version of our program! It is our pleasure to introduce the first ever Steps for Success participant, Julia.

Julia is a highly motivated & talented senior of Ashtabula County with plans to pursue a bachelor's degree in theatre studies after graduation. Our team is ready & excited to support her each step of the way!
