Since its establishment in 1994, Paws Hand Delivered (PHD) has become one of the leading volunteer groups in Crawford County, with 70 registered dog+handler therapy teams. PHD is affiliated with Therapy Dogs Incorporated (TDInc.) - a national pet therapy organization that registers, insures and supports over 12,000 therapy teams and their volunteer activities in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico and US Territories.
