Our 2026 election took place last month, and a recent post prompted reflection on our progress. I heard someone mention they wanted to run for Director due to their ideas. I'd like to explain that ideas are valuable when shared with the group. The way we present our ideas makes a significant difference. We're a team that thrives on collaboration, working together for the betterment of our Legion and community. I invite you to examine your own role and consider how you can grow as a contributor to our community's well-being. Let's commit to continuous improvement and teamwork.
