Posts help us remember and calm us during tough times in this life. 2025 didn’t bring too many families across our path. It’s a mixed feeling of good and bad. We want to be there to connect and be a release for some. We don’t want families to go through darkness though. 2026 will hopefully bring us more patience and peace until we are called upon.

Your donation will go towards helping a family that has a terminally ill newborn have more quality time with them. We hopefully do this by shouldering some day to day responsibilities and stressors they may have.

This we are asking 100 people to donate just $5 to help us generate $1,000,000. 🤔 Our real goal is $500 and we always feel that if we have at least that, we can do some impactful things for some families.

We haven’t done “fundraising” in years we know (who knew twins and businesses would require so much 😅) and we’ve never been comfortable asking for donations. The people at GivingTuesday provide so much encouragement to spring into action though and we’re thankful.

Should you be looking to donate today, we’d love $5 and promise to be good stewards. We don’t know what family in what part of the world will receive the ripple though tbh or even when.

Our Cara at 5 days old. We are thinking and praying today for those parents who are given life changing news about their child.

The ones that are told to “just make their babies comfortable and enjoy the time they have left with them.”

No parent should have to go through that.

7 years ago early morning, our sweet baby left us. Doing all we can to not lose memories of her including making dumb little videos again. A small kiss. A scent. A lip twitch. A quiet, peaceful stare while sucking on a binky, safe. If you’re in a valley, please try to stay present in the good moments as they outweigh the bad. The weight of them does, even if the number of them do not. Stay hopeful and encouraged.
