There’s something powerful about bringing leadership communities together in one space. That’s why we’re excited to be part of the MLT20 National Conference this May.

Moments like this create real opportunity to:
• Build meaningful cross-community connections
• Exchange ideas and perspectives
• Strengthen the broader leadership ecosystem

We're looking forward to being in the room with leaders who are building what’s next. If you’ll be there, we’d love to connect.

⭐ Our Member-Led Professional Development Series is officially underway!

We kicked things off this month with two incredible sessions led by members of our community. 🙌🏾

🗓️ Crafting Your Career Vision Statement
Led by Jasmine David, this session focused on getting intentional about your career path by creating a clear, personalized career vision statement.

🗓️ Vibe Coding with Guardrails: Rebuilding MajorKey with Claude Code
William Hill shared a behind-the-scenes look at rebuilding MajorKey using Claude Code, highlighting how he applies coding guardrails in real-world work.

These sessions reflect what this series is all about: members learning from members, sharing real experience, and growing together across career development, engineering, AI, and well-being.

We’re just getting started, more sessions coming soon! 🎉
