The Cabarrus Chamber was honored to join Ben Mynatt Family of Dealerships for a special Business After Hours event celebrating their 50th anniversary serving Cabarrus County.

From the special proclamation presented by Concord Mayor Steve Morris to the reflections shared by Chamber President & CEO Barbi Jones and Dealership President Cyndie Mynatt, the evening was a meaningful celebration of five decades of leadership, service, and community commitment.

⚡🎀 Behind the Ribbon: Celgard

The Cabarrus Chamber recently joined Celgard, LLC in celebrating two major milestones at its Concord facility: the company’s 15th anniversary in Concord and the launch of new, state-of-the-art coating capabilities.

The ribbon cutting brought together Celgard employees, local business leaders, and government representatives to recognize the company’s continued investment in innovation and advanced manufacturing in Cabarrus County.

As the original inventor of ceramic-coated separators used in lithium-ion batteries, Celgard continues to lead the industry with new technologies supporting electric vehicles, energy storage, and next-generation battery applications.

The Cabarrus Chamber recently celebrated the ribbon cutting for Cabarrus Health Alliance’s new space at Brown Mill, marking an exciting expansion of public health and community services in Concord.

The new location brings together several important CHA programs and teams, including Environmental Health Services, WIC, School Health administration, and LiveWell Counseling, creating more centralized access for residents across Cabarrus County.

The Cabarrus Chamber recently celebrated the grand opening of Chick-fil-A at Dale Earnhardt Blvd. with a ribbon cutting, officially welcoming the new restaurant to the growing area!

Opened on May 1 by local Owner-Operator Matt Rice, the new location offers Chick-fil-A favorites including the original Chicken Sandwich, nuggets, waffle fries, breakfast, salads, catering, and more — all served with the hospitality the brand is known for.
