The Cabarrus Chamber recently joined Celgard, LLC in celebrating two major milestones at its Concord facility: the company’s 15th anniversary in Concord and the launch of new, state-of-the-art coating capabilities.

The ribbon cutting brought together Celgard employees, local business leaders, and government representatives to recognize the company’s continued investment in innovation and advanced manufacturing in Cabarrus County.

As the original inventor of ceramic-coated separators used in lithium-ion batteries, Celgard continues to lead the industry with new technologies supporting electric vehicles, energy storage, and next-generation battery applications.

The Cabarrus Chamber recently celebrated the ribbon cutting for Cabarrus Health Alliance’s new space at Brown Mill, marking an exciting expansion of public health and community services in Concord.
