Fear of falling can keep you from doing the things you enjoy, but it doesn’t have to. Join our upcoming “A Matter of Balance” class and learn practical strategies to reduce your risk of falls, improve your balance and build confidence in your daily activities.

The group meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays through July 30 from 1-3 p.m. at the Granite VNA Laconia Office, 780 North Main St.

The roar of Motorcycle Week is back—and so is Harleys for Hospice!🏍️🔥

This year, one lucky winner will ride away on a truly one-of-a-kind 2026 Harley-Davidson® FLHC Heritage Classic, featuring a custom design by renowned tattoo artist Jimmy “Snaz” MacKenzie of North Street Tattoo in Salem, Mass. A warm welcome back to a familiar face!

This week, Granite VNA welcomed James “Jim” Culhane as our new President and CEO. Jim succeeds Beth Slepian, who retired on June 12 after years of dedicated service to our organization and community.

Employees made Jim’s first day even more special as they gathered to greet him and welcome him back to Granite VNA. From 2002 to 2011, Jim served in leadership roles with our organization, making this a homecoming for many who remember working alongside him.

We are excited for this next chapter and look forward to the leadership, vision, and experience Jim brings as we continue our mission of caring for patients, families, and communities throughout New Hampshire. Welcome back, Jim! 💜
