Food backpacks have arrived. Sign your students up if you’re in need of weekend food. Bags start going out next week (Thursday).

Concords Food for Thought Program is back for the 2024-2025 school year. The backpacks are full of free, wholesome food furnished by Concord Food for Thought’s Weekend Backpack Program and the Food Bank of South-Central Michigan. The Weekend Backpack and Pantry Program is strictly voluntary and confidential. The family of any
pre-K-12th grade Concord student who is at risk of missing weekend meals at home is encouraged to enroll. Please see sign up sheet below. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the FFT program by email , [email protected] or reach out to your students building office.

Happy November. Today we had 300 after school bags delivered. If you know of a child(ren) Pre-K - 12th grade that may be in need of a after school weekend food bag please ask the elementary/middle school or high school office for more info. The program is open to all Concord students. It’s not income based.

Happy October. It’s a great day to pass out FFT bags. This is the first time in 18 plus months that bags are going home. We are so excited to be able to help families again. If your child(ren) haven’t sign up to receive their weekly FFT bag it’s not to late. Sign up sheets are in the elementary/middle school office and high school office.
