Unofficial - ☘️ Pub Crawl - Saturday 3/14 is doing 1/2 priced pitchers with several Irish themed draft options (2 green beers, Guinness, and 3 Irish reds) and a featured pizza is The Irishman - steak fries, bacon, ground beef, onion on a butter base with mozzarella, and jack cheddar cheeses drizzled with gravy and topped with parsley. Come out and support the pub & our team and crew will be there selling merchandise and raffle tickets to help raise money for kids charities.

Dear Community,

We want to share an important update.

The Third Annual Official St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl hosted by The Afton Foundation has been canceled.

This decision follows new policies directed by the management company and ownership of The Afton Village Management Company, owned and managed by David Mayfield and Property Manager Kelli Krolak. These recent policy changes create requirements our organization should NOT be required to abide by. In the interest of full transparency, we have chosen to officially cancel our promotion and activation in public areas for this year’s event. We will still be supporting. See attachments for reference on “policy changes”.

Over the past two years, this event has raised approximately $10,000 for Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County. We are proud of the impact this community has made for local children.

Please be on the lookout for communication from Afton Pub & Pizza regarding their own St. Patrick’s Day promotion on Saturday, March 14. The Afton Foundation will be there in full support, and we encourage everyone to attend and show support as well.

Thank you for your continued support. We remain committed to raising funds for children in our community. More updates will be shared soon from The Afton Foundation and Afton Pub & Pizza.

Our goal for this year’s event was $5k. If you would like to help us still reach that goal please click this link. We appreciate the support. Please share this with others, and on all social channels. https://givebutter.com/c/TheAftonFoundation

Sincerely,

Scott Alphin
