What is the Emerging Leaders program?
Big I NH’s Emerging Leaders help cultivate the next generation of independent insurance agents. Designed for professionals under 40 or with fewer than five years of experience, the program offers networking events, educational opportunities, and industry engagement to foster growth and connection within the insurance community.

All members of the independent insurance community are welcome to attend. Even if you’re not an “emerging leader,” we encourage you to join us and bring a young associate or come ready to share your experience and mentorship.

Earlier this month, we attended the Big "I" Legislative Conference! 🇺🇸

It was a jam-packed few days. Day #1 was full of Emerging Leader events from a morning reception, luncheon with awards and speakers, a pre-dinner reception (you can't have too many receptions right?) and a Game Night to cap it all off. Day #2 we spent the day on the hill advocating to our delegation - Congressman Chris Pappas and the offices of Senator Maggie Hassan and Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander to share the real life impact of legislation on our industry, members and consumers.
