CFN is a volunteer-run group of local parents based in Concord, Massachusetts, working together to unite, inform, and engage Concord families with young children (birth-6 years). CFN aims to provide many opportunities for member families to meet, socialize, and have fun with our kids! Concord Family Network hosts various theme parties and other family events throughout the year. CFN also organizes regular playgroups, mom's night out events, playground meet ups, and other activities.

Many CFN members have been working hard to establish a new Pocket Park in West Concord.

For more info, swing by Highland St. on Saturday 8/15 between 10a-12p for an Open House event to talk to neighbors, hear the latest, grab a yard sign and a lemonade, and see the site where the Park will go!
