New Hampshire Children’s Trust is leading the drive to strengthen families and communities, through education, advocacy, and collaboration, that prevents child abuse and neglect. New Hampshire Children’s Trust (NHCT) is mandated as the Governor’s Designated Statewide Prevention Agency under CBCAP, as the New Hampshire Chapter of Prevent Child Abuse America (PCAA), and as a member of the National A

lliance of Children’s Trust & Prevention Funds (The Alliance). Founded in 1986 as the New Hampshire Children’s Trust Fund, a quasi-governmental organization, the agency transitioned to New Hampshire Children’s Trust, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in 2011. We are focusing our resources on this most vulnerable population with strategies designed to break the cycle of abuse and neglect and create a generation of children free from harm.

Children thrive when their communities are strong. 💙

This month, we celebrate the parents, caregivers, educators, and neighbors across New Hampshire who show up every day — because prevention isn't a program. It's a community.

Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, stable, nurturing environment, and that means every child, in every kind of family. This Pride Month, we celebrate the love, resilience, and strength that LGBTQ+ families bring to our communities. When all families feel seen and supported, children thrive. 🏳️‍🌈💙

This May, we've asked a lot of big questions about mental health, prevention, and what families need to thrive.

Here's one more: What's one thing YOU do to support your own well-being — or the well-being of someone you love? Drop it in the comments. 💙 We believe the answers we share become resources for each other.

New content is coming your way! 🎉
Our newest FSNH Lunch and Learn explores how Economic & Concrete Supports, one of the five Strengthening Families Protective Factors, help families build stability and resilience. When families have access to what they need, everyone thrives.

In this session, moderated by Tara Paladino, Training & Program Manager, you'll also learn how to connect the families you serve with FREE diapers, baby items, and period products through NHCT's Economic & Concrete Supports program.

Visit our website for the full session, and share this with a colleague who supports NH families!
