Tonight we had the honor of celebrating the Arrow of Light crossover of Aleighla Robertson from Pack 301 in York to Troop 304 in Kennebunk.
Aleighla joined Pack 301 as a Webelos and quickly made her mark on the pack. She is competitive, determined, and always brings an incredibly positive attitude to everything she does. Whether it was helping younger scouts, volunteering without being asked, or jumping right into activities with enthusiasm, Aleighla has been a true example of what it means to be a leader in our pack.
She also earned bragging rights as a Pinewood Derby Champion, proving that a little creativity, determination, and a lot of scout spirit go a long way.
One of the things we admire most about Aleighla is how she always shows up ready to participate and encourage others. She truly lives the spirit of the Scout Law — A Scout is Helpful, Cheerful, and Brave.
We are especially excited for her as she joins Troop 304, which has a female patrol that will give her the chance to continue growing as a leader, adventurer, and mentor to other scouts.
As Aleighla moves forward on her Scouting journey, we know she will continue to live by the Scout Oath:
“On my honor I will do my best
To do my duty to God and my country
And to obey the Scout Law;
To help other people at all times;
To keep myself physically strong,
mentally awake,
and morally straight.”
Congratulations Aleighla! Pack 301 is proud of you, and we can’t wait to see all the great things you accomplish in Troop 304 and beyond. ⚜️
