What fun afternoon yesterday! The boys and girls troop meet yesterday to start working on the Chess merit badge. After class work, the Scouts played chess with members of Concord Baptist and adult members from the Troops. We are so fortunate to have a congregation and church that supports our Scouting units!

In preparation for next months campout we started going over stoves, all the stoves were from personal collection. We covered different types of fuels, how to light and set the stoves up and appropriate stoves for different types of camping.

The Troop hosted this years Camporee and it turned out great! Cant thank all the parents and Scouts that attended to make this happen.
