New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association Education Foundation Scholarship Recipient Spotlight 🌟

Harlee just completed her sophomore year at Johnson & Wales University. In her scholarship application essay, she stated, "Some of my most cherished memories are accompanied by making and eating amazing food. The culinary industry has always been something I hold near and dear to my heart, so naturally, I found a passion in it and was fortunate enough to turn it into a career. I strive to have my product provoke an emotional connection so others have the ability to feel the way I do about the culinary world. Personally, I think nothing is more rewarding than seeing the joy on a customer's face when I hand them the desserts I worked so hard on. It's satisfying to know that I may have made their day."

Harlee is studying Baking & Pastry Arts and Food & Beverage Management. She will receive a $2,000 NHLAREF scholarship.
