On February 16, 2018 Concord Hospital Trust volunteer committee members will host the 13th Annual Heart of the Grape Wine Tasting benefit at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. The Heart of the Grape - featuring over 100 wines from all over the world and some of Concord’s top restaurants – raises money each year to provide genetic counseling to high-risk breast cancer patients and their families throughout New Hampshire. Each year, more and more people are beating breast cancer because of genetic counseling and early detection.
