Everyone welcome Chloe ❤️

Her scars only give us a glimpse into how rough life has been for her. This beautiful, brave, strong girl was code red at the shelter so she was pulled and had an adopter waiting for her up north. Well, she had other ideas, because the morning of her spay she surprised everyone with 7 chunky, spotted babies.

If all goes right, after her puppies are weaned and she is fully vetted, we will get her up to her original adopter in PA🤞 🙏

Never a dull moment

On the way to drop off little Juniper to her adopters, one of our partner shelters called about 4 skinny, crusty, flea infested babies whose feral momma had just been hit 😔

After the 3rd soak down we finally got all the fleas off and tummies filled

Late last week we welcomed our newest momma, Molly+7 into the rescue. The first picture is what was sent in the email plea and she was described as a 30-40 lbs mix.
When the doors opened to the transport van, what came out was 18 lbs of nonstop wiggles. A genetic nightmare, think French bulldog/English Bulldog and a gremlin reproduced 😬

Within minutes the runt started seizing, and we rushed him into the nearby clinic, Monticello Animal Hospital (so thankful for them)
He is hanging out in the incubator and being bottle fed, but he has severe neurological issues, no use of his hind legs and minimal use of front legs so we are taking it day by day

Out of the remaining 6 babies 2 more have back leg issues. 1 we believe is swimmers syndrome and the other is unknown but she has been transferred to a great rescue partner ❤️
