Though goodbyes are never easy, we are so grateful for the years of service, compassion, and dedication that Barbara White has given as Director of Employment Services.

Yesterday, program participants and staff, along with DDS members, came together to celebrate Barbara and send her off on her next adventure.

Through her tireless efforts, she has created opportunities, supported independence, and enriched the lives of countless individuals and families. Her impact on our community will be felt for years to come.

These homes provide more than just housing, they create opportunities for independence, connection, growth, and belonging.

Each home is designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living fulfilling lives with dignity and choice.

From shared meals and community outings to celebrating milestones together, our group homes are places where meaningful relationships and supportive communities thrive every day.

Join the team at Minute Man Arc for Human Services as a Driver and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals in our community.

Drivers are responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation to the individuals we support. This role also serves as an important communication link between individuals, families, and staff while ensuring assigned vehicles and transportation records are properly maintained.

We are currently seeking drivers who can commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Shifts Available:
• AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 9:45 AM
• PM Shift: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Compensation:
• $20.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: A sign-on bonus is available for drivers who work 20 hours per week or more.

Thank you to the Concord Rotary for another wonderful Music Fest in Concord!

This year, Minute Man Arc’s Residential Program was honored to be the recipient of the event proceeds. Many of our group homes attended and enjoyed a great day of music and community.

A special shoutout to Mateo from our Employment Services Program, who was one of the musical guests and did an amazing job performing!

We are grateful for the continued support and partnership from the Concord Rotary and our community.

A sincere thank you to Barrett’s Mill Farm and Verrill Farm for their generous donation of a CSA share to support the clients and staff of Minute Man Arc for Human Services.

Our participants truly enjoy visiting the farm and having the opportunity to pick their own fresh fruits and vegetables.

Experiences like these provide more than just healthy food, they create opportunities for connection, independence, learning, and time spent together in the community.
