Hello Neighbors!

I wanted to let you know of some important dates.

The neighborhood yard sale will be May 4 beginning at 7 AM. We will put the sign at the neighborhood entrance the Sunday prior.

There will be another neighborhood yard sale on September 21 beginning at 7 AM. Plan to join your neighbors that evening at 5:30 in the Tenneyson Court cul de sac for a neighborhood cookout. Details will be shared in September.

Our follow up meeting in reference to landscaping quotes has been postponed due to limited response at this time. The HOA Board will reschedule as soon as we have more information. Please PM us with any questions or concerns. Thank you!

This is a reminder that we will have a virtual HOA meeting this Saturday, February 20th at 9:00 am via Zoom.
If you need the Meeting ID and Passcode, please send a PM and we will provide it to you.
It will be very brief, and hope to have a more thorough meeting in the fall or when the risk of COVID-19 transmission is much lower.

Join us today in the Tenneyson Ct cul-de-sac at 5 pm.

BBQ and sides will be provided.
Please provide your own beverages and chairs!

We will also have a brief meeting following everyone eating.

Hey everyone, we have lost our cat, Nimbus. Has anyone seen him? He usually goes outside occasionally, but apparently got out and we didn't realize it for several hours.
