Our Story

Providence Veterans is a 501c3 non-profit created by a Naval officer and his wife after their experience with a wartime deployment and the associated traumas. We are dedicated to improving the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of warriors, first responders, and their families ensuring they succeed in their most important mission - life.

Traumas of all kinds can lead to broken relationships, emotional numbness, trouble focusing, anxiety, depression, divorce, addiction, and the darkness of su***de. If such pains are left unresolved, health, finances, marriage, and family all suffer.

Donations enable us to provide free courses, community, camps, and crisis support. Our nationally acclaimed courses are faith-based and focused on four pillars: trauma recovery, marriage & family strengthening, finances, and health.

While the Veterans Administration is working hard to improve service, the VA only touches about 30% of the veteran demographic. Private sector solutions and faith-based programs, like those provided through Providence Veterans Community, are critical to full coverage of our veteran and military population.
