Strong compensation data helps nonprofits hire more competitively, retain talented staff, and strengthen pay equity across the sector — but the report is only as strong as the participation behind it.

The deadline to complete the 2026 Nonprofit Wages & Benefits Survey is May 22, and we need nonprofits across Northern New England represented to build the most accurate local benchmarks possible.

Your organization’s input helps ensure salary and benefits data reflects the realities nonprofits are facing right now.

✔ Takes about 30 minutes (with prep)
💲 Participants receive a discount on the final report
📊 Participating center members receive the report free ($125 value)

Before you begin, review the preparation checklist to make the process quick and easy.

Prepare and take the survey: https://www.nhnonprofits.org/resources/wages-benefits-survey

Help strengthen the data nonprofits rely on to make informed hiring and compensation decisions. Thank you to our sponsor, UST.
