💜 February 4th – World Cancer Day 💜

Today we pause to honor survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and stand beside everyone still fighting. Cancer touches so many lives, but together we can bring awareness, compassion, and hope to our families, friends, and communities.

Let’s keep supporting one another and working toward a future where cancer no longer has the last word. 🌍✨

Months supply of housing combines inventory and buyer demand into one simple metric—and tells us who has leverage in the market: buyers or sellers.

It answers one key question: At today’s sales pace, how long would it take to sell every home currently on the market?

• 5–6 months = a balanced market
• Below 2 months = a severe housing shortage

In 2025:
Only Coös County came close to a balanced market.
Six counties averaged below two months of supply, signaling continued tight conditions statewide.

While most counties improved compared to 2024, Coös, Belknap, and Grafton saw the largest increases in supply. Strafford County showed no change.

Inventory is improving—but New Hampshire remains far from a balanced housing market
