This virtual meeting is open to current WBA participants as well as those considering joining the WBA Community, so please feel free to share this information with others who may be interested. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about the WBA experience and get your questions answered.

From event hosts and spectators to ensemble staff, adjudicators, and event team members — it all happens because of dedicated individuals who care deeply about creating meaningful experiences for students.

As we prepare for the 2026 season, we are looking for individuals from all WBA Regions to join our Events Team:
• Southern California
• Bay Area
• Central California
• Sacramento Valley
WBA is looking for announcers, tabulators/CompetitionSuite Technicians, field managers, event managers, and event volunteers. We invite you to be part of the team behind the season.
