The Alameda County 4-H Summer Camp will be held May 29-May 31, 2026 at the Happy Valley Conference Center in Santa Cruz and has invited Contra Costa County 4-H members and volunteers to attend.

Campers will arrive on Friday, May 29, 2026 at 3 pm and pick-up will be Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 8 pm.

The registration fee is $375.00 per camper.

The 4-H Camp fee includes all lodging, meals, activities, and a camp T-shirt.
Please see registration for information on fee waivers.

Camper registration closes May 12, 2026 or when full.

>> Chaperones are also needed for camp. Chaperones pay a reduced fee of $100 towards lodging and food costs. You may apply via the Chaperone Application.

Funds raised through the Paper Clover campaign support scholarships for 4-H camp and leadership conferences, such as the California 4-H State Leadership Conference.

Special Event: Demo Days on April 25th - Demo Days is a hands-on event at Tractor Supply where customers can visit their local store and test drive riding mowers around an obstacle course before making a purchase. The event gives people a chance to see the equipment in action, ask questions, and learn more about tools for their property.

Scholarship applications are now open for Contra Costa County 4-H’ers. See flyer for the details of our local scholarships. The first two are for high school seniors and the third is open to kids 9-19 years old! All applications and letters of recommendation are due on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

🌲 This past weekend, our 4-H Camp Directors were hard at work at the California 4-H Camping Conference at Camp Del Oro in Nevada City!
They spent the weekend learning new ideas, sharing experiences, and gathering inspiration to make this summer’s camp even more exciting for our campers. We’re already looking forward to putting these great ideas into action!
