To my Team…my family…
I would like to take this opportunity to express my most sincere and heartfelt appreciation for all that you have done to make this year’s Explorer Academy such an outstanding success. Your tireless work ethic, unwavering dedication, and steadfast commitment were evident in every aspect of the program.
From the planning stages to the ex*****on of daily operations, your attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for mentorship were clear to everyone involved. Your ability to lead by example, support the development of each cadet, and ensure the highest standards of conduct and excellence did not go unnoticed. It is through efforts like yours that we are able to uphold the values and mission of this Academy and provide a transformative experience for the next generation of future leaders.
Please know that your contributions have made a lasting impact—not only on the cadets, but on your fellow staff and the legacy of this program as a whole. It has been a privilege to work alongside you, and I am truly grateful for the dedication you brought to this year’s Academy. Your efforts have set a standard of excellence that will serve as an example for years to come.
I am proud of what we accomplished and how we pulled together as not only a team, but as a family. It shows that when people are truly committed to the mission and to our cadets that great things can happen. Thank you for trusting me to be your Chief…but mostly…thank you for believing in me.
