Counties Care 4 Children Coalition

Counties Care 4 Children Coalition CC4CC began when 3 Liaisons met at Frank Migali's Boot Camp in 2011. CC4CC hopes to someday end homelessness in Northeastern AZ.

This group now has 100+ members who are dedicated to collaborating with other homeless liaisons, community agencies, and faith based outreach programs to provide a network of support for the homeless and unaccompanied youth of Northeastern, AZ.
