The Texas Institute on Children and Youth Conference kicks off on September 8-11, 2025 in beautiful downtown Concan, Texas

The training is legendary, with Dr. Grover C. Rollins, Texas A&M Kingsville keynote speaker doing the ceremonial kickoff following a great steak dinner with all the trimmings. Entertainment will be provided after opening session.

The training is fully accredited by all the agencies that matter to you and features the likes of folks from Adult and juvenile probation departments, law enforcement agencies, colleges, service providers and many more great folks!

TICY is the first institute of professional criminal justice practitioners established in the State of Texas 80 years ago! Prayers for Camp Mystic and the children still missing. Continued prayers for all the flood victims and families.

TICY held conferences at Camp Waldemar which is close to Camp Mystic in the early days. Later at River Inn outside of Ingram/Hunt which was also flooded. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

TICY 2024 is a wrap! What an amazing conference we had at Neals Lodges in Concan!
