Teen Intervention Program -TIP TIP assists in identifying and addressing the problems associated with children in Los Angeles Count

The Teen Intervention Program -TIP was formed in 2007 and designated a non-profit organization in 2008. The program provides various services to resident in the Los Angeles County area, who are between the ages of 10 and 17 years old. The purpose of the program is to assist in identifying and addressing the problems associated with children, teenagers and young adults, including lack of education,

substance abuse and gang affiliations. Teen Intervention Program (TIP) provides elements to induce change in attitude, behavior and outlook, and incorporates the "Truth About Drugs" curriculum. The program uses tours of correctional facilities, juvenile justice agencies; interaction with selected inmates and individuals recovering drug addiction; and participation in community based and law enforcement agencies programs. Our commitment is to provide services that improve the lives of youths.
