5:00 PM - Gates open for setup of vendors, car/motorcycle/special vehicles, and/or alumni with canopies/tents and pits
6:00 PM - Tailgater begins
6:30 PM - Band processional begins
8:00 PM - Halftime performance with band and attach units begins
9:30 PM (apprx)- Tailgate ends when game ends
9:30 PM (apprx) - Band recessional begins
10:00 PM (apprx) - Alumni exit Tailgate area as the students enter gym for Homecoming Dance
Homecoming Allowances for the Tailgater:
1. The first 10 DHS Alumni who are vendors have the opportunity to setup for Homecoming beginning 5pm. Please have setup completed by 6pm. Electricity is limited so bringing generators (if you have them) is recommended. There is no fee to vendors to sell, at this late date, but a donation to D-High is always appreciated.
2. Any DHS Alumni who are members of car/motorcycle or specialty vehicle clubs or organizations, are welcome to show in the Alumni Tailgate area. We just need to know org name, how many vehicles and who's in charge for communication purposes, as soon as possible.
3. Any DHS Alumni who would like to practice with the band and attach units, to be able to perform in the halftime show, can begin practicing this week with Mr. Holloway on Wednesday and Thursday (11th & 12th) from 3-5:30 PM near the bandroom.
