We are a workforce and leadership development program for youth 16+ offering training in Construction and Culinary & Accredited High School diploma.

Compton YouthBuild (CYB) (a program of EntreNous Youth Empowerment Services, Inc) provides youth ages 16-24, opportunities to gain leadership & community advocacy training, financial literacy skills, life counseling, accredited high school diploma, and workforce readiness through construction/trades, hospitality/culinary arts and information technology training with transition services to develop needed skills for creating a sustainable future.

Our Impactful Bites Hospitality & Culinary Arts participants were honored to be invited by the to attend the in Chicago, Illinois, from May 16–18, 2026. 🍽️✈️ During the trip, our members had the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, explore the Expo and Education program, and gain valuable insight into workforce development, emerging technology, and the future of hospitality. Experiences like these continue to expand opportunities for our youth, helping prepare them for long-term success in the culinary and hospitality industries. We’re incredibly proud of our participants for representing our program and showcasing their talents on a national stage!

They learned about planting, vegetation, and how to care for a thriving garden while giving back to the community. 💚 Hands-on experiences like this teach valuable skills and foster teamwork, growth, and connection.
