🤩 Meet our amazing team of volunteers! Featuring: Betty 🤩

Hard core independent trapper and foster, Betty lives in Compton and has been fixing cats in her neighborhood for many years. We have been working together to spay/neuter Compton cats ever since TippedEars opened in 2022.

Betty has TNR’d countless cats. Just like us, she doesn’t go home until the very last trap is full. She is also one of our Spanish interpreters. Goes without saying, she crates unsocialized cats who need extra recovery time after surgical procedures and has a constant stream of kitten and adult fosters that she nurtures back to health until they can find their forever homes.

In a word, Betty is unstoppable!!!

Have you thought about fostering adults? No? Well this is your sign you should. We could not be more grateful for our adult cat fosters. You know who you are! 🙏❤️

Adult cats are so much harder to find fosters & adopters for, but they’re just as needed. Not every adult cat is thriving outside and really just wants to be an indoor kitty who can cuddle (picture proof). While not as small, adults are just as silly and loving. They might have missed their chance as kittens to be brought into rescue - but we like to give them a chance now.

If you’re open to fostering an adult, please let us know!

Chimney is looking less chimney these days.
To think this boy was on deaths door a month ago. He is not out of the woods yet but what a gift it is to see him off the streets, in a warm home, looking so much healthier and so very loved by his amazing foster mama

Happy Friday from two of the most adorable kittens we have available for adoption right now. Meet Uncle Baby Billy & Judy Gemstone. They were born outdoors in Compton to a feral mom. We TNR'd mama and these kiddos swapped the outside life for a warm, loving foster home. They are getting spoiled rotten and are now looking for their forever home.

Happy Memorial Day!

Kitten season is in full swing over here. Meet Peanut & Pebbles. We were able to take these kittens in, along with another sibling Pepper because the finder was able to hold while we waited for a foster to open up. In the meantime, we received a brand new foster application. We are so excited to welcome a first-time foster to our team and even more thrilled to get these kittens into a foster home. If you have ever considered signing up to foster, now is the time.
