Welcome to The RUACH Empowerment Center (The REC). We are here to serve our most vulnerable citizens, empowering them to receive he help they need. This could include clothing for prom/homecoming or interview, classes/assistance for Medicare/Medicaid apps, enrollment or open enrollment, Thxgiving baskets and Toys during Christmas. Classes for technical positions (HVAC/Electrician. It does not lead to certification but does help), and other supports for the "whole" individual (i.e., spiritual support, limited pastoral counseling, emotional direction).
