Honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy through service and community.

111 incredible volunteers (from families with young children to teens and adults) joined us and helped make a real impact:

✨ 125 fresh, three-course meals prepared for individuals facing food insecurity
🧼 50 toiletry bags packed and distributed, each with personalized cards and handmade inspirational bracelets
🚚 40 fresh meals delivered to homebound seniors
🎁 30 gift bags shared with children in need

Thank You, TANA! 💙

We are incredibly grateful to the local branch of the Telugu Association of North America (TANA) for their generosity and volunteer spirit. On December 21, TANA organized a thoughtful collection of grocery items for the SYJCC Community Pantry and went a step further by setting up a table to personally distribute items to Pantry visitors.

We are incredibly grateful for the continued generosity from Chris Galluzzo who organized another amazing collection for the Suffolk Y JCC Community Pantry!

Just last week, Chris hosted a drive at his home and delivered four full carts of groceries-an estimated 1,200 pounds of food-to help stock our shelves and this week, he showed up again with even more donations.

Chris, thank you for your continued support of the Pantry. Your consistent efforts and generosity make a meaningful difference for the families we serve.
