Palin has been in Spokane at the hospital. She has an intestinal fistula that is causing severe pain. The inflammation in her intestines and her overall condition has now compromised her reproductive system and kidneys. We will be coming home this week but the medication she will be given before being released will wipe out her immune system completely. She needs all the prayers and any other help you can provide.
