Unfortunately, we lost a good friend, Clark and his dog last Saturday in an auto accident on his way to the I Do Ranch. Please keep his wife and kids in your thoughts and prayers.

Update - it’s a female black Lab.
TFO California is raffling off an 8 week old black Labrador puppy. The dog comes from great hunting parents and is AKC Registered. It also can make a great family dog for any non-hunters. The dog has been donated by Buzzard Hill Labradors out of Lincoln, CA. Buzzard Hill Labradors has been breeding Labs since 1995.
Raffle entries are $40 each or 3 for $100. The raffle will end on Nov 13th.

Unfortunately, we are canceling this weekend's vet hunt. The landowner and ranch manager report that there are too few ducks in the area. They shot a 1.0 bird avg today in the storm.
Sorry for the bad news. We're still planning on trying again for the Vet Weekend Feb 10th. So stay tuned for more info.
Pray for some colder weather up north to push more ducks to Cali.

Merry Christmas to all! It's been a tough season so far with the lack of cold or stormy weather. Given the conditions we've postponed our normal hunts til Jan.
Right now we have the following planned:
Jan - at least one hunt - TBD
Feb 10 Vet Sat - 2 hunts planned

Remember to put in for the refuge draws for the Vet weekend as well.

Hope everyone is doing ok in Slovember. We’re in contact with the usual land owners and will post hunts when we have them. Probably January again. One club flooded late.

If anyone knows a good dude/dudette land owner who might host us or let us hunt ducks or geese on their land then let me know.
