⏳🗳Two weeks from today, November 3: Election Day, the last day to vote in the 2026 midterms.

🗓🔑Every day before and after: Election officials, staff, and volunteers working to protect our votes and make sure our elections stay secure.

Election heroes are the neighbors, friends, and leaders who make our elections work for all of us. Make sure to take a moment to thank a poll worker today, when you vote, or the next time you talk to someone working the polls.

Today, the District Court of Maryland entered an order to permanently block a US Citizenship and Immigration Services rule that prevented nonpartisan civic engagement groups from registering new US citizens to vote at administrative naturalization ceremonies.

The rule — issued abruptly in August 2025 without a factual basis — has been permanently blocked after a lawsuit filed by Campaign Legal Center on behalf of the League and several state and local Leagues. Week 2 of Early Voting continues! Ohioans can vote at our Early Voting locations Monday - Friday this week, from 8am - 5pm. Make sure to have your valid, government issued photo ID with you when you go.

To find your county's Early Voting location, go to ohiosos.gov/directories/early-voting-locations
Want to vote by mail? Make sure to get your ballot application in ASAP if you haven't already! Ballots are being sent to eligible voters who requested them now, but you have to mail your request form to your county Board of Elections so they know to send you your ballot.
