Today marks the exciting Knights of Columbus shootout at the AYSO soccer fields, bringing the community together for a fun-filled event.

AYSO parents, please accept my apology for the uniform mix up. I didn't purposely order your child the wrong size. I didn't have the time to make up fictitious sizes. I get a report from the registration software called the uniform report; it has it by team and kid just what you typed in when you registered your kid. I exported that to a spreadsheet and that was the order form. I had originally ordered the 20$ uniform from AYSO Store, that we did last year, but sales rep emailed me back a week later and said they couldn't full fill our order in the style we picked due to quantity issues.... they could however mix the style, but those uniforms were 6$ more per kid. That was over $3,600, Our program fees wouldn't cover that. So, with time running out and me looking high and low for an affordable option with no luck for our quantities, and no options, Joe at Inked stepped in and got us our orders with a sport tec shirt shorts and socks for the budgeted price. However the Shirts were handled and numbered at Joes, but the shorts were packaged bulk along with the socks, we asked an entire slew of helpful parents to come in and help administer the handout using the spreadsheet. So during that process that happened very quickly, you will note, that the Adult S and the S Youth tags look very similar and so on, we just had some mix ups.

What to do?!? If you are still needing a correct sized child's jersey, shorts or socks. I ask we handle this with your kids coach. If you let your coach know if you need either a Jersey, Shorts or socks. and what size you would like, I can place an order and get it worked out next week.

AYSO parents! We need 4-5 volunteers to help hand out uniforms tonight, August 12, 2025, from 5-8:30 at the office. Any assistance, even partial, would be great. Please let us know if you can help.

Hello Parents,

We’re excited to kick off another great AYSO season! While we had a few delays with uniforms, everything has now been resolved — and we’re ready to get started.

AYSO is a 100% volunteer-run organization — no one receives a salary. Every email answered, team coached, or game scheduled is made possible by dedicated individuals who generously give their time while balancing work, family, and other responsibilities. We appreciate your patience and kindness, especially during this busy season startup.

🗓️ Season Information
Coach Meetings: Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 11:00am
Coaches will receive team rosters today and are encouraged to reach out to you soon.

Picture Days: Thursday, August 14 & Friday, August 15
Your coach will receive your team’s specific time slot in the coming days.

Season Dates: August 16 – September 27
(No games Labor Day weekend – August 30)

🚨 Still Need Coaches!
We still have six teams without coaches. If your child’s team is affected, we’ll be reaching out again shortly. Please respond to those emails — it makes a big difference.

Right now, we’re busy assembling team packets, organizing coach bags, and answering a high volume of emails. If you’re available to lend a hand, even for a short time, please let us know!
