This is not a FLOW event, but several FLOW members who are certified divers will be joining Aquatic Adventures Ohio in a "snorkel cleanup" event that we think is a first of its kind in Central Ohio! Trained snorkelers, certified divers, and community volunteers will be removing debris from the quarry pond at Blue Limestone Park in Delaware next Saturday, June 27. Weโre bringing together volunteers, snorkelers, and dive pros to help remove trash from the water and shoreline. Whether you want to get in the water or support from the surface, thereโs a role for everyone.
Participants have the option to purchase an official event T-shirt for $25. Non-water volunteers may participate free of charge and are also welcome to purchase an event T-shirt.
All experience levels are welcome - come help protect and preserve one of our favorite local spots!
