During the Welcome Reception of the OCREE Marketing Session presented by LandSel Title Agency, Inc. and IPX1031 Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. last night visitors remembered the life of Dale Smith.

During the event, OCREE announced that it will be renaming the "Most Creative Exchangor" Award after the two-time previous winner of the award.

We are celebrating the life of Dale Smith at tonight’s OCREE Welcome Reception - which had coincidently been sponsored by Cabins of Birch Hollow — and sharing stories about his deals and life. A great man that will be missed by many. We are so honored to rename the Most Creative Exchangor Award in his honor.
