via Mz. Diggy Dulche - ... Always pay attention to the moves you make. EVERY move you make should be directly related to whatever goals you set out to accomplish. Anything else is a waste of energy and could potentially lead you too far off your path ... check yourself daily. Ask yourself what you've done today .. and if that really helped push you forward. BC even if its a teeny baby step forward .. its better than going backwards, or sitting idle. Write it down, put up a vision board, set an alarm on your phone, leave a sticky note on your mirror ... whatever it takes. Help yourself. Don't hurt yourself. Be aware, reflect, and stop for nothing! ... Xoxo ... thank me later!
