From morning prayer to hitting the racks, it was a whirlwind! We were blessed with beautiful weather, and safe travels! Each stop had its own unique flavor and all were warm and welcoming!

To our SPAR family, thank you for holding space. If you rode alongside, or followed online know that your love was felt!
To Ron Hoelscher for riding every year, and always showing up with donations!
To everyone at Save a Warrior who gives so much to continually come back for these men and women because you truly give a s**t!

Almost four years ago Lance Santiago had the idea of riding cross country to raise awareness and share the story of Save a Warrior! The ripples are only getting stronger! The more the miles, the more lives we touch! All this in the hopes to ! Until the next run,Much Love! 💙

Big day overall with some great connections! Our fist stop was Parma Fire with some kitchen table conversations!
From there it was on to VFW post 7576 in Vermillion. Jason did a great job as Road Captain and dodged 99% of the rain! We met up with several VFW riders from the region and made some new friends!
We finished the evening out at the Northfield Park Racino for the NEOPAT Vet Fest for live music and a chance to do more public outreach.
Incredible day, great conversation, and many new friends! Love you all!

And that’s a wrap on a day full of love and hope. After a great morning meeting, we headed to Canton, Ohio to meet up with some members of Canton American Legion post 44. The hospitality was warm and welcoming and the food was delicious! Bruce and Jeff from the legion riders escorted us on a beautiful ride around Atwood Lake and a quick pit stop for an ice cream fix!
Next stop was was Legion Post 685 in Streetsboro with another warm welcome with a great dinner!
Last stop of the evening was VFW Post 9716 in Streetsboro for a quick meet and greet to drop off some info packets and make sure we are good for our Sunday morning stop.
Up early tomorrow to head to Parma Fire and start a big day of outreach!

And here we go! 1st stop Panera bread in Hudson Ohio to meet Senator Casey Weinstein. An Air Force veteran and Ohio Senator for the 28th district. Thank you Sir for taking time to hear our shares about the Save a Warrior experience. Also thank you for helping push the tough conversations on PTSD and mental health awareness in the State of Ohio and know It is greatly appreciated. Next stop American legion Post 44 in Canton.

We are just a few hours away from hitting the road for the 2026 SPAR spring run. Please keep us in your prayers and hold space! We look forward to seeing all of our friends and alumni that can make the trip. Anyone interested in supporting, all donations go 100% to Save a Warrior to get those in need into the seats. We will be hitting the road Thursday for the Spring 2026 SPAR ride. 2, 3, or 4 wheels, all are welcome!
We will be meeting Thursday evening at the Applebees in Streetsboro for the Dine to Donate event which goes from 11am to close. Just mention Save a Warrior and 15% of your bill will be donated directly to SAW. I will add our schedule for the rest of the weekend for anyone that would like to catch up with us at one of the stops. Love you all! (If the schedule changes for any reason I will post immediately to the group.)
