To all VFW Post 4044 members and friends.

Ya know, I (Bobbi) suggested that our post collect some items for a VA Shelter on Harmon Ave. and made a few flyers to show a few items needed.

Oh my gosh, my post (VFW 4044) and post friends are the most generous people. Their generous donations took up 2 long tables, 3 small tables and even had to put items under the tables.

There were socks, under wear, t shirts , sweat pants, jeans, combs, tooth paste, toothbrushes , shampoo, conditioner, razors, boots, and much more.

Last night (10/14) a group of us got together to separate and pack up to take to VA Shelter on Friday. Even boxed up it took 2 tables to stack the boxes and even had to put some boxes under tables.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone for their generous donations.

I know the shelter will be very glad to have these items, they will be able to give a veteran what he needs.

😊Thank you😊
