Team Ohio 4 Life Team Ohio Transplant Athletics is made of transplant recipients, living donors, families of a donor, as well as transplant professionals and advocates.

Since 1990, athletes and donor families have been gathering every two years to showcase through athletic completion, the many miracles of organ transplantation. Team Ohio along with other teams across America, through athletic competition, prove that organ donation works. Team Ohio is comprised of transplant recipients of all ages, living donors, and donor families. Team Ohio Transplant Athletics (TOTA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit athletic organization, registered with the State of Ohio. The primary objective of TOTA is to raise funds to offset expenses so transplanted athletes can participate in the Transplant Games. TOTA formerly known as TAFI (Transplants Athletics Foundation Inc.), was founded by Nick Carson.
