Get in on the Community Murph!
What is it?
The Murph workout is a challenging CrossFit Hero workout that honors Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, consisting of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run.
This portion of the Murph challenge will be open to ALL 2026 TRANSPLANT GAMES ATTENDEES AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC! We will have options and modifications for this workout including the option to complete this with a partner.

This event is about honoring the spirit of perseverance, not about how many reps you can do; where deceased donors are honored & living donors and recipients can showcase their renewed health. Every step, every push, and every cheer counts.
