Next meeting is this Friday at the Upper Arlington Municipal Building (3600 Tremont Rd.) at 7pm. PROGRAM: New member Bruce Johnson will present information about night photography including light painting. He’s known to layer multiple images together to create his nighttime landscapes. We've seen a few of his images and they will not disappoint and might even inspire you to create your own night images.

Meeting coming up this Friday, Nov. 14 at 7pm at the usual location (Upper Arlington Municipal Building 3600 Tremont Rd.

PROGRAM: Member Jon Harvey will talk about some of his model photography. He’ll present several of images and share how he made them from model poses, to wardrobe, the challenge of lighting, the effect of various lens setting, and camera position.

Friday, May 9, 2025 time 5:30pm or as you arrive

Location: Crooked Can Brewing Company, Hilliard, Ohio

PROGRAM: It’s time for the annual Drink, Dine, and Shoot. Members and friends will meet up this year in downtown Hilliard, Ohio for a fun few hours of making images, eating, and sharing stories. Come as early as you wish. Meetup time is 5:30pm at the Crooked Can Brewing Company located in the Center Street Market at 5354 Center St. Hilliard, Ohio.

Plan is to wander around for a couple hours then meet backup at the Crooked Can for some food around 7:45pm. Knowing that sunset that night is at 8:35pm some might want to do something different. As always it’s a fluid and flexible event with people coming and going as their availability allows. If you miss the meetup look for photographers wandering around looking like their are lost.

This is a rain or shine event so come prepared by checking the forecast.
